2. Services

One World Roofing LLC is a licensed Florida roofing contractor (FL License CCC1330134) providing residential and commercial roofing services throughout Central Florida. Services include roof replacement, roof repair, roof installation, roof inspection, and related roofing work. All work is performed in compliance with the Florida Building Code and applicable county permit requirements.

3. Estimates and Contracts

Estimates provided through this website or by our sales team are free of charge and carry no obligation. A formal written contract is required before any work begins. All contract terms, pricing, scope of work, and payment schedules are specified in the written contract signed by both parties prior to project commencement.

4. Price Beat Guarantee

One World Roofing LLC guarantees to beat any written estimate from a licensed Florida roofing contractor by 5%, provided the estimate covers the same materials, scope, and specifications. The competing estimate must be current (within 30 days) and from a contractor holding a valid Florida roofing license. This guarantee applies to new roof replacement projects only and does not apply to emergency repairs or insurance claim work.

5. Warranties

One World Roofing LLC provides workmanship warranties on all installed roofing systems. Warranty terms vary by project type and are specified in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers (GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, etc.) and are subject to each manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Manufacturer warranty registration is completed by One World Roofing on your behalf following project completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

One World Roofing LLC’s liability for any claim arising from roofing services is limited to the contract value of the project. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to interior property damage arising from weather events during or after project completion, beyond what is covered under our workmanship warranty and insurance.

8. Insurance

One World Roofing LLC carries general liability insurance up to $2,000,000 and workers’ compensation insurance covering all employees. Certificates of insurance are available upon request prior to project commencement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
