But only certified contractors can issue the enhanced manufacturer warranties — including 50-year non-prorated coverage and enhanced commercial roofing warranties — that protect your investment beyond the contractor’s own guarantee.
Manufacturer certification requires contractors to maintain active Florida licensing, adequate insurance, and up-to-date installation training verified directly by the manufacturer. It is not a marketing badge — it is an independently verified standard that determines which warranty tier you qualify for.
